Being fit can mean different things to different people.  Some employees may want to know stretching and strengthening exercises to relieve back pain while others are looking for a running coach to help train them for their upcoming marathon.

Whether leading employees in a heart thumping metabolic conditioning class or a meditative hula hoop class we have been fortunate enough to work with all ages and fitness levels, including individuals who are wheel chair dependent.
