This year CrossFit WHK Sod Out on Life will be hosting its 5th Annual Charity Community Throwdown where all net proceeds will be donated to Charity. Each year we choose a different charity organisation. In the first year we helped the Nampharm Foundation Trust, year 2 we helped Side by Side Intervention Centre. In Year 3 we aided one of our own, Francie Gerber and her journey to the CrossFit Games. Last year be helped the Rauch Elohim Foundation. This year its different. We are throwing down for animal justice and all proceeds will be going towards tabling the Justice for Animals Act in Namibia. Throwing down CrossFit style where we will host a two day event where individuals will be tested on the Friday evening with 3 workouts and teams will be tested on Saturday with 5 workouts. We will test various fitness disciplines but all in all we will have fun as well.
