We are thrilled to introduce the new Master League SA format for 2025. We’re honored to be the official competition test for the International Fitness Federation (IFF) Masters division in South Africa. Registration begins on 21 April 2025. This season, from 1 May to October 2025, you’ll face two challenging online workouts each month, with one official IFF test among them. The tests encompass endurance, strength, bodyweight, skill, mixed modalities, and power.

The event raises funds to provide free breast cancer screening for women in South Africa through the non-profit Screen Her Save Her. Hosted at your local gym or online, it features three workouts, each symbolising a stage of the breast cancer journey.
