PS - everyone competes as individuals and we then take the 4 individuals scores to make a team score.
Team positioning will be based on your 4 Team Members (Male 1, Male 2, Female 1, Female 2) finishes and subsequent points in each division.
Point scoring is based on your team members individual placings!
For example – 4 Members placing 1st and 5th for the Men and then 3rd and 10th for the Women in the RX division, get the following total score – 1+5+3+10 = 19 points. The lowest total points wins!
Gyms/Affiliates or even friends at separate facilities, in separate parts of the country, may enter teams.
