- Team MM/FF/MF Pairs Elite
- Team MM/FF/MF Pairs Intermediate
- Team MM/FF/MF Pairs Scaled
Each pair will choose whether they want to do each workout as Elite, Intermediate, or Scaled. You will be ranked accordingly in your division leaderboard on placement and the level at which the workout was performed. This means that you don’t have to scale ALL the workouts, but maybe just the ones that are a bit challenging.
We will have an Open division, Masters division and Teens division. The Open division will have three categories; Male/Male, Female/Female, Male/Female. The Masters and Teens division will each have one leaderboard, no matter the breakdown of teams.
Entry Fee: R2500 per MM/FF/MF pairs (2 Members)
