Fittest on the Farm 19.4

There is a first time for everything! Even for Fittest On The Farm Functional Fitness Comps. WE WILL BE RETURNING TO A FARM. Welbedacht (Schalk Burger and Sons) will be hosting us for the second time after our last event of the year in 2018 was a roaring (if somewhat HOT) success there!!! Just outside Wellington in the Boland, we will once again be pushing the limits and innovating the world within functional fitness for the FINAL event of the year! Check out the devisions, get your teams ready for action and prepare for a surprise or two!

🏃🏿‍♀🏃🏾‍♂🏃🏼‍♀🏃🏼‍♂As we always do there will be more than just the Functional Fitness Comp on offer. We will once again encourage friends, family, spectators and runners or walkers of all fitness levels to join us for a run over 5 or 10km.

The divisions:
1. RX Pairs (M/F)
2. Junior Optional Pairs (M/M, M/F or F/F) scaled (13-18years old)
3. Masters Mixed Pairs (35 and over)
4. Scaled (M/M/F or M/F/F even F/F/F - Three on Team)

Entry Fee: R300 per person

5. 1km OCR Short Course (Individual)

Entry Fee: R250 per person
