Highlander CrossFit IRA Challenge, hosted by CrossFit IRA.

Inhouse - Individual event , with the purpose of growing from last years event, and promote the sport of crossfit in the highveld region.
90% of the competition has basic crossfit movements , inserted into workouts in a fun and new way. With the final (Top 5) Having some Games level skills and weight requirements. But first you have to pass the challenge. This year we will have a friday off-site event with some interesting twists, at a beautiful location in the region.

Prizes for males and females:
1st Place: R5000
2nd Place: R3500
3rd Place: R2500

Min Requirements:

Pull up /TTB
Move a DB 22,5/15kg
Move a KB 24/16kg
C + J 60/45kg
Snatch 50/35kg
Box Jump
Wall Ball 10/7,5kg

Final MAY Include the following:

HS Walk Obstacle's
HSPU
Pegboard
Ring/Bar Mu
Ring HSPU
Heavier Barbells and Dumbells on all forms of lifting.

*Workouts and results from 2022 is still available on capturefit, if you want to have an idea of the type of events. Event has 80 Spots available 40/male 40/female, first come , first serve.
