King & Queen Of the Bushveld 2024 will take place at the beautiful Ranch Resort in Polokwane. The 5th installment of will be a 2 day event starting with the 1st events on Friday morning 2 Feb at 9/10am and continue through to the Finals on Saturday 3 Feb late afternoon. This will give us the opportunity to do more off site workouts within The Ranch and provide us more time for longer workouts.

• *Categories: Elite, Intermediate, Beginner, Masters 40+, Teens 12 - 16
• *Entry Fee: R2000 per team.(enter through Capturefit)
• *Entries Open: 1 September 2023 @ 10:00am
