The KwaZulu Throwdown 2020 is the first of its kind. Our goal is to provide the CrossFit community of South Africa, more specifically KZN, with a a fun yet professional CrossFit competition experience.

Programming will be challenging yet doable, so choose the right division. This is an outdoor event where workouts will take place at the beach, and at an outdoor arena. So prepare yourself for the uncommon and the unknown. What better way to test your fitness than to do it with a partner, and where better than the sunny North Coast of South Africa, where it is Summer all year long.

Awesome prizes to be won for all podium finishers of all divisions. R25 000 total cash prize pot.

Each athlete receives a goodie bag wit free stuff, who doesn't like free stuff?

Athletes will receive complementary good quality H2O throughout the weekend, as well as discounted rates at the SA Biokineticists recovery tent.
