This is an annual tribute-event for a Coach, friend, husband, and true CrossFit warrior that wanted to use his powers to help those in need - let's honour his legacy by collecting funds to one of Grant's selected charities that he wanted to help: Rainbow of Hope.
The workout is done in teams of 4 so grab 3 friends and SIGN UP now by simply donating R500.00 to the charity HERE, and then send us proof of payment to [email protected] and we will activate your spot on the leaderboard.
NB: The event will be a pure charity event where you fight for glory instead of prizes this year, but we aim to make this an annual event with bigger participation each year. The event will take place in all the 5x Cape CrossFit Boxes this Saturday the 18th of May 2024, and we'd like to invite as many other boxes as possible in South Africa to take part in celebrating the life of one of our own - so if you are keen please just chat to your box owner about doing the event at YOUR home box this Saturday and join us!
