Breast Cancer Warrior Games

Purpose

This one-day event raises awareness about the importance of breast cancer screening and funds mammograms for women in South Africa who cannot afford them. All proceeds go directly to the non-profit organisation Screen Her Save Her.

Workouts

Teams of 4 (MMFF) will complete 3 workouts (WODs) on the same Saturday at their local CrossFit gym:

• Event 1 – The Unknown: representing the first diagnosis and the uncertainty that comes with it.
• Event 2 – The Hardship: representing the treatment journey and the struggles faced along the way.
• Event 3 – The Victory: celebrating the end of treatment and the road to remission.

Scores will not be vetted—we trust the integrity of all athletes taking part in this fundraiser for a powerful cause.

Entry & Goal

• Registration Fee: R1500 per team
• Goal: Fund 200 screenings = 200 team entries
• All funds go directly to Screen Her Save Her.
