The Cape Town Summer Slam will run for the 1st time in 2019 and will be the an annual event for all levels of fitness. We aim to bring the community a fun filled weekend event that makes sure you are tested across all aspects of fitness, whilst having fun with your team mates.

-Scaled/Intermediate: Team will consist of 2 males & 2 Females (Team of 4)
-RX: Team will consist of either 2 males or 2 Females (Team of 2)
